These items were produced by checking an authentic printed edition. Most older books have been in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or weren’t any longer offered by the writer.
For printed books, we’ve performed high-resolution scans of the original hardcopy from the book. We basically digitally re-master it. Regrettably, the resulting quality of those books isn’t as high. It is the problem of creating a duplicate of the copy. The written text is okay for studying, but illustration work begins to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of gray. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles originate from scanned image books to be able to make an educated purchase decision about the caliber of what you should receive. |

| These e-books were produced in the original electronic layout files, and so are fully text searchable. Also, their quality is commonly smaller sized than scanned image books. Most newer books have been in the initial e-mail. Both download and print editions of these books ought to be top quality. |
