I’ve previous reviewed books within this series, getting already read and reviewed book 1-3.
These latest book books possess some new and a few old figures inside it. Book 4 starts with a brand new lead character, Nilda. Once the evacuation is announced she decides in which to stay her village together with her boy.
The beginning of this book would feel just a little rushed along with a little glossed over should you hadn’t browse the previous books. There’s very little depth and detail round the occasions prior to the evacuation but included in a set I suppose that does not matter an excessive amount of. I believe you might look at this like a standalone book too.
It’s an excellent book with likeable figures and enough depth towards the primary figures. It features mainly on Nilda and on the way she meets track of a couple of figures in the other books within the series. You are feeling that Nilda is believable in her own ideas and actions which the sources open to her are believable. A lot of books I’ve read, have primary figures that simply have a bazooka within their backyard! Book 5 follows on nicely where 4 leaves off. I won’t inflict spoilers, but because the title suggests, there’s a reunion. The newer figures from book 4 get together and thus perform some in the previous books because they move towards London.
I like this series. I love the truth that it’s occur the United kingdom that makes it totally different from the large number of zombie apocalypse books occur The United States. There is a more claustrophobic feel and it is not every gung-ho guns!
I’ve just spotted that book 6 has become out, so I’d better crack up with studying my current book and obtain it downloaded onto my Kindle!
